A contemporary design and build residence defined by clean architectural volumes, natural materiality, and a strong connection to landscape. The project combines warm stone textures, vertical timber screening, and expansive glazing to create a facade that feels both grounded and refined.

The material palette was intentionally kept restrained and timeless allowing proportion, light, and texture to shape the character of the home. The result is a contemporary residence that feels warm, understated, and deeply connected to its natural setting.

Designed as a cohesive architectural experience, the residence balances openness with privacy through layered spatial elements and carefully framed views. Soft exterior lighting and integrated landscaping extend the architecture into the surrounding environment, creating a calm and atmospheric transition from exterior to interior.
